Andina reports that the restoration work on the site lasted three years and cost around S/. 3.5 million. By the end of the month, authorities are hoping to see all that hard work pay off— the complex is scheduled to open to the public on Thursday, Nov. 28. The restoration and prepartation of the site for tourist activity included the construction of an information center, a cafe, bathroom facilities, and parking for visiting vehicles.
