On Tuesday we went to the WUYORK presentation... which to say the least was very interesting. Models painted in what could be called, black-face and butterflies trapped within Plexiglas cases which were showcasing his lovely silk bow-ties.
Later we pranced our way to the Bodkin event at the lovely, Future Perfect. To my surprise there was the cutest little pop-up-shop by TENOVERSIX, which had the greatest glasses by LA Eyeworks. Then, Open Ocean performed which was filled with the cutest little ladies ever... Jill Bradshaw, Sarah Kuhn, Susan Domelsmith and Eviana Hartman (these aren't just your average girls..they're some of fashions finest).
In the images below you see Stephanie, the designer of Duskin with Bodkin designer, Eviana Hartman. Dirty Librarian Chains goody bags, Bodkins lookbook, The Future Perfect and the Open Ocean performing.
Eventually we stumbled to the Converse X Anthony Pappalardo party which was at the awesome, family style, Italian restaurant, Arturos. The music was jamming, the pizza was constantly hot and flowing oh and it was open bar!! Good times were had by all.
.....And then we practically fell into the Soho Grand for the Samantha Pleet after party and the screening of Kat Clements and Andrew De Francesco's short film.
In the pics above you will see Louise from BesosyFotos rocking some serious bling and also posing with the adorable Samantha Pleet. Gabriel Adam Urist's mini brass converse key chain, George and Jon being silly, self portraits and other fun things. New York Fashion Week you have been so fun.... now it's time to say goodbye. Let the tradeshows begin.
